First Huntington's Disease patient treated following surgeries from Cardiff Univerisity

The UniQure trial reported that its gene therapy, AMT-130, reduced disease progression by 75%. The therapy is delivered into the brain via long, delicate surgeries, which for all UK patients took place in Cardiff by Professor William Gray, director of the Advanced Neurotherapies Centre.
