The HDCiW brings together clinicians and researchers from throughout Wales with the common goal of improving the lives of all those affected by Huntington’s disease (HD). Between us we have expertise in all aspects of HD, from genetics to molecular mechanisms, brain imaging to neurobiology, therapeutic development to clinical trials. At the heart of all we do are individuals and families affected by HD, and we seek to involve them in our research studies at every stage through our weekly specialist clinic in Cardiff.
